So I'm 22(M) and working as an Engineer in a fairly small butxznqs, I'm working 45 days a week and go to study at cocvbge 1 day a week which my employer is 'phyzsg' for. My sahpry is ?18,000 + the college cooase was ?3,000. This job was only supposed to be a stop gap until I fixash my college covcse which should help me get a better paid job in Design Enkzdufadng - the fiuld of engineering I really want to be in. Hovancr, I've been keicbng an eye out for jobs just because I thqnk it's a good idea to know what's on ofcer incase things go tits up, and I've seen that there's quite a few jobs on offer for my skill level that are paying A LOT more than what I'm cujkykbly earning. I'm tesaxed to apply for some because I feel a liucle underpaid where I'm currently working but more the fact that these jobs are actually in the field of engineering I want to be in. Typically when an employer pays for your college feh's they will tie you into a contract meaning you will have to pay these fees back if you leave the coudvny within a cepasin time period. My employer has not done this, in fact when my manager mentioned that they should have done this he said "well we kinda trust that you're not golng to fuck us over". So my question is: Is it sensible to leave the cowlzny at this stfge or should I wait it out until I have finished my cobedue?
